Description

From Milk ( from Indigenous  mother cow ) to ghee, whole process takes place in the clay pot only. We used milk from Indigenous mother cow who is in Gaushala only. we are preparing Ghee using Bilona only – ancient method to prepare Ghee, From Milk to Curd, we churn the curd in two directions, clockwise and anticlockwise, by churning we get makhkhan and buttermilk, after heating this makhkhan we get the Ghee.

  • Only Indian mother cow’s milk is used
  • This Ghee is Prepared from Gir Gau Mata who is in Gaushala only and having Natural, Organic Fodder and Natural water
